Description

Lifecare Essential is a non-intrusive activity-based sensing system that monitor various movement of elder folks at home through activity (motion) sensors placed in different parts of the house. Works in conjunction with Alert panic button, Lifecare Essential provides additional alerting in situation whereby elder folks couldn’t have triggered panic button, such as during a fall and lose consciousness or panic button is out of reach. Smart alerting rules will trigger alerts when senior doesn’t move for a too long period of time, spend too much time in the toilet and so on.

Number of caregiver accounts per User Profile

Allow multiple caregiver accounts per User Profile (e.g. "Grandma"). A User Profile can have one or more Gateway devices, typically one is sufficient. All caregiver accounts will be able to receive alerts triggered by User Profile, i.e. this enables caregiver/siblings to assist in the monitoring.

When panic button is pressed, system can generated an automated voice call (currently support English, Mandarin and Malay languages) which prompts the user confirm if emergency help is indeed needed Often panic button can be accidentally pressed, and you don't want to be unnecessarily worried when it is pressed by accident.
