In Lifecare, we offer 1 year limited warranty to all electronic parts excluding batteries.
The limited warranty only covers factory defects for 1 year. That is with the condition that the product is used within the limits set forth in the product user's guide or under normal usage. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse or improper care nor does it cover any cosmetic damages or any defect caused due to normal “wear and tear” of the product. We reserve the rights to revise or update its product specifications, software, or documentation without obligation to notify any individual or entity.
If the product fails under normal usage, please contact our customer support team to obtain instructions on how to return the defective product to us for evaluation. Please ensure that you have the original proof of purchase, otherwise we may not be able to process your warranty claim.
In no event, shall our liability exceed the price paid for the product from direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product, its accompanying software and documentation. If after inspection, we found the product to be defective and satisfied the warranty coverage conditions, we will at no cost replace the defective product with the same or comparable product on a “best- effort” basis.
Our warranty only covers product purchased from our authorised resellers and in Singapore only.
